Installing a TV mount normally would require at least 2 people. Proper trained installers and wood stud installation is required.

All Units are shipped Federal Express or via U.S. Post office. We ship to the Billing address on your credit card only unless you add your shipping address as an alternative address on your credit card.
All orders will be processed on M-F only and Units are shipped immediately within 1-2-business days.
All credit card orders originated from Foreign countries or with AVS mismatch will be rejected and cancelled.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for the reasons we find necessary to protect us and our site.
We require prepaid payment for shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO addresses or any Foreign State. The shipping Charges to these areas are higher than standard shipping and we may require additional shipping.
All units are insured against damage or loss. A Tracking number is emailed to you automatically when the order has been processed and shipped.
All opened box units are subject to 20% restocking fee. We are not responsible if it does not match your unit or you may not know if it matches your unit.
All claims must be made within 7 days of the receipt in writing via email or fax.
All sales are final and all opened boxed can not be returned.

You are required to obtain a valid RMA (Return Material Authorization number) for any returns; otherwise our shipping department automatically rejects the merchandise. All returns must be sent back insured with a valid RMA number on outside of the box and shipping prepaid (unless damaged). RMA is valid for 14 days only from the date of issue.
